Blue Lagoon boat trip from Split, also known as Three Islands Tour, with a big boat is well balanced and affordable boat trip perfectly suited for families with kids. However, couples, friends, groups, solo passengers and everybody else who likes more relaxing tour from the comfort of a big boat is welcomed to join the tour, especially if you don't like party boats or speedboat tours.

While party boats go directly and only to the Blue Lagoon with a DJ onboard and speedboats tours visit three places in a half day, Three Islands Tour with a big boat also visit three places but in a full day tour.

Blue Lagoon Boat Trip from Split - Spacious Boats

Bigger boats such as these provide more comfort, toilets onboard and ability to walk around during the trip. However, being slower than speedboats, they need more time for this kind of excursion which is why the tour starts at 9:30, or 10 AM the latest, and returns back to Split at 6 PM.

Not only that big boat tour is more suited for kids and adults who prefer more relaxing cruise but you also have lunch and drinks included in the price. You can choose between meat, fish or vegetarian menu and there is water, white wine and juice available onboard.

If you are traveling with small kids 12 years old or below, you pay half the price for each child. On the other hand, if you are a group of 8 or more, contact us directly beacuse you qualify for a group discount price.

Shipwreck Bay

Shipwreck bay on Šolta island is surrounded by lush green forest of pine trees, pebble shores and shallow, chrystal clear sea hiding the wreck of an old wooden ship below the surface. We anchor as close as possible toward the shipwreck as there are no docking areas in the bay. You can jump from the boat or use the ladders on the sides of the boat to go swimming.

The wreck is located close to the shore, only few meters below the surface which means that you can explore it by swimming above it or take the free snorkeling equipment from the boat and dive under the waves to explore it up close and in person.

Important to point out is that Shipwreck bay on Šolta island can be our first or last stop of the Blue Lagoon boat trip. This is up to the captain as he decides when is the best time of day to visit each of 3 places since wind can change during the cruise and anchoring at Shipwreck bay can be a bit challenging.

Blue Lagoon

The main stop and highlight of the trip is the renowed Blue Lagoon at Drvenik island. Surrounded by the main island on one side and two smaller Krknjaši islands on the other sides, it encompases the turquoise lagoon and its shallow sandy sea bed.

Besides the shipwreck, lagoon is the best place for snorkeling thanks to its crystal clear sea and its mesmerizing colors which change under the hot summer days, whether you're swimming above its sandy seabed or grass colored bottom.

Although there are few beach bars on the main island, they are accessible only by our speedboat tours. During the Three Islands Tour with a big boat, we anchor in the lagoon and you can jump, swim or snorkel from the boat. There are also free lifevests onboard if somebody needs them for swimming. Just ask the crew for one.

Borko Beach Bar

Our third destination of Blue Lagoon boat trip is stunning location of lovely Barbara beach and charming Borko Beach bar on Čiovo island. We dock at the pier through which you can walk across and choose whether you want to lay down in the shade of olive and pine trees sourranded by green forrest in the back and clear sea infront or you would like to relax in a Borko beach bar with a summer cocktail in hand.

Hidden among olive trees and at the very edge of the Adriatic sea, Beach Bar Borkko offers an oasis of luxury to its visitors with a refreshing selection of cocktails and a beautiful view of central Dalmatian islands. You can enjoy your first morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and observe Kraljevac, Fumija, Šolta and Drvenik islands.

The beach bar is decorated with stunning details – from decorative plants to swings and distinctive hanging chandeliers. The "wavy" ceiling made by a local seamstress attracts the most attention. You will also find sunbeds and hammocks infront, if you want to enjoy in a cocktail and sunbathe at the same time.

TOUR SCHEDULE

Boarding the boat starts between 9:00 - 9:30 AM, while the meeting place is STAND NUMBER 5 at the main promenade in Split's port. Itinerary of the tour:

LUNCH TIME (during the cruise) 40 mins
FREE TIME IN BLUE LAGOON 1 h and 30 min

* Schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions in compliance with the guests of the tour. Shipwreck bay might be the last stop and Čiovo island the first stop of the tour.
